Receptionists at your service
Our receptionists are on hand 24 hours a day to welcome you at any time of day and deal with any queries you may have. So your arrival and departure will go smoothly.
We have a secure outdoor car park for hassle-free parking. It's free and closes after 10pm. All you have to do is ring the intercom and we'll open it for you. To exit, the gate opens automatically.
Our establishment is accessible to all, and some rooms have been adapted for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is request this when you make your booking
Get your day off to a good start with our buffet breakfast
For a great start to the day, a buffet breakfast is served every morning in the ground-floor restaurant from 7 to 10 a.m. from Monday to Friday and from 7 to 10.30 a.m. on weekends and public holidays. Put together your ideal breakfast with hot drinks, juices, sweet and savoury dishes and choose from:
- Local products such as cold meats, cheese, eggs and yoghurt if you love flavoursome savoury food.
- Fresh products such as pastries, fresh fruit, pancakes, cereals, compotes and much more for a touch of indulgence.
Remember to book the day before, as the price is €17,50 per adult and €8 for children under 12.
The quality of the hotel's services
For your comfort and well-being, the housekeeping service is provided by a professional team during your stay. If you wish, there are optional additional cleaning services* and bed linen* and toiletries* kits are available on request.
If required, a cot, iron and ironing board are available on loan. A deposit may be required for the loan of equipment.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi is at your disposal so you can browse freely.
Last but not least, we are pet-friendly! This means you can bring your pets with you for a supplement of €10* per night. You must select this option when making your reservation.
When you book your stay at the four-star Zenitude Relais & Spa - Ascend Hotel Collection, access to the spa is included in your reservation.
An eco-responsible approach
Zenitude La Valadière Ascend Hotel Collection is sensitive to the social and environmental impact of its business. The cleaning products used by our housekeeping teams to prepare your room are all Ecolabel-certified. In the shower, there are no more single-use products, just refillable bottles to cut down on plastic and a shower gel that's gentle on your skin and the environment. Don't want your towels changed every day? Only towels left on the floor will be replaced. And at breakfast and in the restaurant, you'll find products from local producers.
You too can contribute to this process by taking simple steps such as using the right temperature in your home.
