At the semi-gastronomic restaurant "La source des saveurs" our Chef offers creative cuisine inspired by the freshest and tastiest local produce in a trendy atmosphere. Our menu changes with the seasons to offer you a unique range of flavours. We also offer a wine list to match our cuisine, carefully selecting wines from the region to go perfectly with each dish.

Enjoy an exceptional New Year's Eve dinner on December 31st. Our chef has created a unique menu combining refinement and creativity. It costs €89/adult and €49/child (under 12) and is served between 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., with reservations. 

Start the New Year on a high note with our New Year's brunch. Enjoy a varied and generous buffet, with delights from land and sea: a sumptuous shucking bench, refined charcuterie, tasty local cheeses and a creative egg bar. On the hot side, savor homemade dishes such as creamy risotto or melting octopus. Indulge in sweet delights such as lemon tart, macaroons, cannelés and much more.
